Sales Executive – Secondary Sales (Distributor Point)

Salary Range: from ₹20,000 to 25,000 CTC per month

Educational Qualification: Any Degree

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years (Minimum 1 Year in Building Materials Industry – Mandatory)

Age Requirement: 21 – 25 Years

Working Hours / Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Subject to market opening hours)

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve secondary sales targets and expand the retail network within the assigned territory.
• Operate from the designated distributor point and manage market coverage effectively.
• Promote and sell exclusively Plumtek brand building material products.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the company CRM and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, retailers, and market stakeholders.
• Address customer queries promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the reporting manager.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards, maintaining professionalism and discipline at all times.
• Follow company policies, ethical guidelines, and compliance requirements.
