• 2–3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment operations
• Prior experience in hiring for Telesales / Customer Service / BPO roles is a strong advantage
• Hands-on sourcing via job portals, social media, and referrals
• Strong screening, shortlisting, and coordination skills for bulk hiring
• Able to manage multiple open positions and meet aggressive targets
• Good communication skills and candidate engagement abilities
• Experience in maintaining databases, daily reports, and recruitment trackers
• Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented with a passion for hiring
