Assistant Manager

Experience: 7 to 8 Years

CTC: ₹6.5 to 7 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Preference: Female candidates preferred

• 7–8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with strong focus on BPO & bulk hiring
• Proven expertise in bulk hiring drives, meeting high-volume manpower needs
• Strong people management skills – experience leading and mentoring recruitment teams
• Hands-on experience as a TA Specialist with ability to manage sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Adept in using recruitment tools, portals, and driving performance-based hiring
• Experience in recruitment analytics, dashboards, and process compliance
• Strong focus on candidate experience, employer branding & timely closures
